I’ve spent my career at the intersection of people, performance, and purpose, helping organizations grow while making sure the humans inside them have what they need to evolve, contribute, and thrive.
From leading teams in 11 countries to founding Optimized HR Global, my passion has always been the same: making people strategy a true driver of business success. I’ve built global talent acquisition programs, designed compensation systems that feel fair and motivating, guided teams through major change, and helped leaders create cultures that last.
But I don’t just look at processes and policies, I look at the human experience. I know what it’s like to navigate uncertainty, balance competing priorities, and try to keep people engaged during challenging times. That’s why I design strategies that work in the real world, with the right balance of structure, flexibility, and empathy.
Over the years, I’ve seen that the best outcomes happen when leadership, culture, and operations are fully aligned. That’s where I come in. I connect the dots between business needs and human needs, so growth doesn’t come at the expense of people, and people feel invested in the success of the business.
I value laughter as much as strategy, because at the end of the day, we’re all human. Mistakes happen, growth takes time, and resilience often starts with a smile. I believe in creating space for grace, humility, and a little humor, even when the stakes are high.
Outside of work, I’m deeply committed to impact beyond the workplace. I’ve traveled to over 30 countries, combining my love of culture with philanthropy supporting orphanages, building water systems, and contributing to communities in need.
A native of Arizona with four kids, two grandkids, and a love for the outdoors, I lead with both head and heart. My approach is simple: listen deeply, act with integrity, and never forget that behind every business objective is a human story.
